For in-stock designs, we process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. For custom jewelry, personalized pieces and made-to-order designs, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production, depending on the design. We will notify you more specific details once your order is received and when it’s ready to ship. Please note that all items include free domestic shipping and will be available for pickup at the customer's nearest FedEx office.

All sales of engagement rings, wedding bands, custom orders, and made-to-order items are final. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the purchase date by calling us at 949-387-6777. Your purchase is considered canceled only if you receive a cancellation confirmation email. Return of in-stock and non-personalized purchases must be initiated within 5 business days of receiving your package for a full credit less shipping cost. All items must be returned in new and unworn condition using Michael John Jewelry provided return shipping label. After your return item is received by us and inspected, a return credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
